What is ADHD / ADD?

Symptoms of ADHD

  • Have unpredictable mood swings
  • Find it hard to sustain attention in work or leisure

  • Have trouble waiting their turn in queues and other such situations
  • Butt into conversations or other activities

Traits of ADHD in Adults

Impulsiveness, hyperactivity and being disorganised are common traits of ADHD disorder in adults but the symptoms are sometimes not as clear cut in adults,because adults often learn compensatory mechanisms.
